The Process:

1. Use the contact form to submit your request, whether you have a specific design, have a stone that needs to get wrapped or set, or want to give me creative control. I'll then respond with a price quote.

2. After you pay a $50 deposit, I'll draw the piece and send you pictures, and then I'll get to work. Please allow 1-2 weeks for me to complete the piece unless agreed on another time frame.

3. When the piece is complete I'll send you pictures and request the final payment (payment plans available). Then your piece will be shipped out.

Custom Work Policy

Pricing:

All custom pieces require a non-refundable $50 deposit before I start working on a piece. The final payment will be due when the piece is finished. This can include the first payment in a payment plan. Please have payment ready. You will have 10 days after the piece is complete and I reach out to you to provide the final payment. Failure to respond/pay will lead to me reselling the piece. Please don't go ghost! I ask that you stay connected with me and nofity me if any changes occur on your end, and I will stay connected with you and provide you with updates.

Timeline:

I do my best to finish every piece as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 weeks for me to complete your piece. If you need it by a certain date please let me know. I will work with you and get it to you sooner if I have the availability.

Artistic Integrity:

By choosing to get a custom piece from me, you agree to trust in my artistic eye and ability to bring your idea to life. Please be sure to be as specific with your request as you can, and if you wish to make any changes please let me know while I am drawing the piece before I start. I encourage you to look at my shop page and Instagram @silveragejewelry for inspiration and send pictures so that I can gauge your style and design preferences. I reserve the right to refuse a custom for any reason. If I feel it is outside my scope for any reason. If this is the case I will let you know before any deposit is paid.
